When Natalia Maldonado contacted us, she had a cart at the Mall of San Juan; she had been crafting and selling jewelry with nautical motifs for two years, but she wanted to give her product a new twist, amplify her niche and solidify her brand by focusing it on the online retail market. We developed the brand Lulu and a logo whose graphic elements evoke sea waves. The jewelry line was broadened to everything water related to appeal to beach lovers, fishing aficionados and such, and with new materials that come from the water, such as pearls. Our art direction and photography was based on the client’s profile and lifestyle, and we created a voice whose tone persists in the whole brand experience. Speaking of experience, we improved their website’s user experience and the packaging to maintain coherence throughout the brand’s design.
